What Is DPC?

A better model of healthcare, built around you

Direct Primary Care (DPC) is a membership-based model where you pay a simple monthly fee directly to your doctor — cutting out insurance middlemen and restoring the patient-physician relationship to what it was always meant to be.

Flat Monthly Membership

$120 per member, per month covers unlimited visits, same-day or next-day appointments, and direct access to your doctor — no copays, no surprise bills.

Direct Doctor Access

Text, call, or video chat your physician directly. No phone trees, no gatekeepers. Responses typically within hours, not days.

Unhurried Appointments

Our panel is intentionally small. Visits run 30–60 minutes so your doctor actually listens, thinks, and partners with you on your health.

Relationship-Based Care

Your doctor knows your name, your story, and your goals. Continuity of care leads to better health outcomes and fewer ER visits.

Telehealth Included

Virtual visits are built in. Whether you're at home, at work, or traveling, your care comes with you at no extra charge.
