Menopause & perimenopause membership

Menopause Care
$120 / mo

Per member, per month · cancel anytime

Enrollment fee $150
  • Care from Dr. Li, a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP)
  • In-person and virtual management of menopause and perimenopause symptoms — hormonal or non-hormonal
  • Once your symptoms are well controlled and your desired dosing is reached, you’re welcome to end the membership and ask your primary care provider to continue your prescription

Pre-operative assessment

Pre-Op Assessment
$300

One visit · includes in-office EKG

  • A single visit, including any in-office EKG needed for clearance for dental procedure or surgery
  • Review medications and give recommendations on which medications to hold for surgery
  • Best if you don’t have a primary care provider — or can’t get in with yours soon enough before surgery
  • Appointment is typically available within 1–2 weeks
  • Completed forms faxed to your surgeon within 48 hours
  • Payment is collected at the time of appointment confirmation
